Appvantage Celebrates Being Ranked #7 in the 2023 Singapore Best Workplaces in Technology List by Great Place To Work™ Singapore!
Appvantage has been awarded as one of Singapore’s Best Workplaces in Technology! In its third instalment, a total of 33 companies have been ranked as Singapore’s Best Workplaces in Technology according to Great Place To Work® (GPTW), the global authority on workplace culture. The 33 companies on the list were revealed in an online announcement on 5 October 2023.
Achieving this is no small feat, as the Singapore’s Best Workplaces List is highly competitive. GPTW selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered on the list if they are a Great Place to Work Certified™ organization and have attained at least 65% on Great Place To Work’s Trust Index© Survey. Through a rigorous assessment process, GPTW evaluates various factors, including employee feedback and organizational practices, to determine the most deserving organizations. Collectively, these statements describe a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.
GPTW is the only company culture award in the world that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated and what their workplace experience is like. Companies are assessed on their ability in creating a great employee experience regardless of race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.
