1. Entry

Entry to Service Centre : Customer arrives at the entrance of service centre where LPR gantry is located. LPR informs CBS of the vehicle license plate and system acknowledges customer arrival, concurrently checks in for service appointment and sends notification to the customer app.

2. Parking

Parking : Digital signages provide the customer with guidance to their designated parking lot. Parking lot sensors acknowledges vehicle is parked and the system sends notification to workshop and reception staff for impending customer arrival.

3. Workshop

Workshop Tracking : Provides real-time status of the service stage including estimated time of completion to the customer. Customer app allows for direct communication with advisor via live-chat.

4. Preparation

Preparation : Vehicle entering car-washing stage will trigger completion notification to customer. Digital signages provides guidance to workshop staff to the designated parking lot. Customer can make payment via the customer app.

5. Exit

Exit Service Centre : LPR at exit gantry registers that the customer has left the service centre. System sends notification requesting service rating and feedback to customer. Invoice of servicing can be retrieved from the app.
