Porsche uses AFC for loan application
Porsche Financial Services (Singapore) employs Auto Finance Centre (AFC) to transform the traditional loan application to a fully digital experience for Porsche Singapore. Salesmen, armed with portable devices like tablets, are able to provide on-the-spot finance calculations for all models available and also compare them. Interested customers no longer need to provide physical documents or scanned copy, but instead are able to furnish their full credit details via the use of MyInfo, all at the ease of their own mobile phones.
Changes to applications or updates of the COE amount are all submitted digitally in AFC to the integrated financier. When the loan is approved, AFC receives the status via the integrated API and notifies the salesman via email and/or SMS. The sales manager will be able to view all applications submitted by his team of salesmen.
