How can we Enhance Visitor Engagement at the Singapore Motor Show?

Solution

To coincide with the 2019 Singapore Motor Show, Cycle & Carriage Mercedes-Benz engaged our services to utilise a custom 3D showroom application specifically for Motor Show purposes. With its own dedicated stations on the Mercedes-Benz stand, the 3D showroom application enabled visitors to self-service and find out more about the Mercedes-Benz range of products on display. The application was also used by the sales staff and brand ambassadors to enhance engagement levels with customers; once a preferred model was configured the team were able to share the 3D configuration and requested information via email for further customer interaction and follow-up after the show.
