Job: Designer

Job Description

Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and developers.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of mobile and web devices and interfaces.
Responsive design for mobile and desktop.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
Maintain a consistent in-app user experiences across all products.
Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Create marketing videos and animations.
Create Presentation Decks.

Diploma in Design/ Arts or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Designer for digital products or services
Portfolio of design projects
Knowledge of the following tools (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Aftereffects, Animate, Illustrator)
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
